Walmart+ has been such a time saver and money saver! I’ve had my Walmart+ membership for almost two years now, and I will never not have it! Watermelon and Cucumber Salad

This is an easy, yummy and refreshing salad

Ingredients Method

Ingredients

2 Persian cucumbers
1 mini watermelon
3 oz feta cheese, cut into cubes
1 tbsp chopped mint
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 lime, juiced
Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste

Method

In a large serving bowl add the watermelon, cucumber, feta, basil and mint. Squeeze the lime over the salad, drizzle with olive oil and season with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Stir to combine. Taste for seasoning and serve.
