Viral pickle dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 quart container Grillo’s pickles, finely chopped, plus 1-2 tablespoons reserved pickle juice
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (about 2 tablespoons), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 cups non fat greek yogurt
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • hot sauce, to taste
  • crushed red pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • butter crackers, scoop style corn chips, or potato chips for serving

Method
 

  1. Add pickles, jalapeño, green onion, Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, hot sauce, crushed red pepper, bacon bits, and pickle juice to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Return pickle dip to Grillo’s container for serving. Enjoy with crackers and chips of your choice.
