Red White & Blue Cheesecake Salad

Method
- Wash strawberries and blueberries and pat dry with a paper towel
- dice strawberries into small pieces and sit aside
- in a large bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and 8 oz cool whip. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Fold in the remaining cool whip. Fold in the mini marshmallows, strawberries and blueberries.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and then garnish with more blueberries and diced strawberries.
