Room Refresh With Bassett Furniture

Hello and welcome to the blog!! I partnered with Bassett Furniture to give some of my rooms a refresh!! I was very excited to partner with Bassett Furniture because I had heard such wonderful things from my Mother in law, and friends who had purchased their furniture. So I couldn’t wait to see their pieces for myself! The first stunning piece I am sharing is their Fusion 2 Door Cabinet. The Fusion Cabinet fuses modern convinces with time honored design, hints the name! The cabinet is a gorgeous blend of grey and browns making it the ideal neutral. The doors have a hand carved effect that is seriously stunning in person!! This is one solid piece that I will have for many many years to come.

The inside of the cabinet has two adjustable shelves and openings if you wanted to use it as a media unit. The French hinges are hidden and are soft close. I am truly impressed with Bassett Furniture’s attention to detail. From the soft close hinges to the weathered texture. This is definitely a statement for any home!

The detail is just so good!! I could sit and stare at the cabinet doors all day!! Everyone who has seen the Fusion Cabinet comments on how beautiful it is.

The other Bassett Furniture piece I added to my home is their Mayodan Rug. When I saw this rug online I instantly fell in love!! I was drawn to the beautiful simple pattern and the neutral color. The Mayodan Rug is hand woven and made out of wool and viscose which give it a luxurious texture and sheen.

The Mayodan Rug will fit seamlessly into anyone’s home. It is very well made and can with stand high traffic. Like I mentioned before I am very impressed with the quality of Bassett Furniutre’s pieces. Bassett Furniture focuses on quality without compromise. One of the pieces I was most excited about was the Axel Round Cocktail Table! It is part of Bassett Furniture’s MODERN line. I had been searching for a round coffee table I loved for over a year!!! My den is a small space and I needed a round table to help free up some room. The Axel Round Cocktail Table is exactly what the room needed. It bends perfectly with my existing furniture. I choose the Normandy Grey and brass for my table. The grey color is beautiful blend of light and dark tones, and the brass on the legs is gorgeous. Again I am so impressed with quality of this piece. You can just see and feel how well made Bassett Furniture’s pieces are. I also love the wood grain detail on the Axel Round Cocktail Table.

Ok so as you can see here I have this tight space between my hall closet and staircase. I have been wanting to replace the table I had here for a while, but could never find anything that would fit into the space. That was until I discovered the Wheelwright Accent Table. I was nervous it wouldn’t fit, but it fit perfectly! I love the solid oak turned pedestal and the wire-brushed cathedral oak veneer round top that has been banded with metal and studs in the fashion of an antique carriage wheel. It is a great piece!

The finish is a pleasing neutral blend of grays, tans and ivory, allowing Wheelwright to work in a variety of settings and color schemes. You don’t have to worry about the Wheelwright Accent Table not blending with your decor. It is perfect for an entry way, living room or bedroom.

Another accent table I added to my home is the Tahiti Lamp Table. The Tahiti Lamp Table takes on a sculptural quality, with simple spherical shapes and intriguing texture. Crafted of resin with a faux wood grain. It is quite the piece!! The finish is a blend of grey and brown tones, with a washed glaze effect softening the look. The overall effect leans more toward the brown coloration, but is still neutral enough for any decor. I like to the slim design too.

I was very impressed with Bassett Furniture’s selection of lighting. They have a big selection of lamps to fit the needs of anyone. I really loved the Cameron Table Lamps.

I was drawn to the simplicity of the Cameron Table Lamp and its modern flare. I absolutely love the dark walnut finish body with the gold finish cap and base, topped with an oatmeal linen shade. A linen shade is a must in my book!

I really like the unique look of the Bali Arm Chairs. They look like antique pieces even though they are brand new! I choose the Litchfield Oak finish and for the seat fabric I chose the Herringbone Linen Blend. I put the arm chairs in my office and I think they look great!!
