  • 1 bottle Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Sparkling Cider
  • Cotton Candy
  • Marshmallow Cream
  • Colored Sugar

Method
 

  1. Dip champagne glass in marshmallow cream, cover with colored sugar. Fill glasses with champagne and add cotton candy to the top! Enjoy!
