Candied Walnut Bruschetta

Easy and fancy looking appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 French Baguette
  • 2 Pears thinly sliced
  • 8 oz goat cheese log
  • 1 bag candied walnuts
  • honey to drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Place baguette onto cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned
  3. Slice baguette into 1/4-inch slices
  4. Top each slice of bread with goat cheese, thinly sliced pear and 1-2 walnut halves.
  5. drizzle with honey
